JONES WINS MOUNTAIN CLASSIC
Two years after finishing third in the event Aberystwyth's Felipe Jones won the Ras y Gader on Cader Idris with a time over three minutes faster.
In 2012 the winner was Matthew Roberts (Eryri), but this time he came home fourth, over three minutes slower.
Like Jones, Jackie Lee (Eryri) is in superb form at the moment, and she finished an outstanding 12th overall in 1-37.32, four minutes clear of runner-up Caitlin Rice.
