WHERE ARE THE SENIORS?
Having had more time to peruse the results of last week's North Wales 10-mile championships in Wrexham one feature caught my eye - the serious absence of senior runners.
The 89 finishers included one junior man and only seven senior men, with the 19 women including only one senior, the rest all being 35+.
It's long been a fact that most clubs rely heavily on their masters but I don't remember that being so starkly illustrated before.

and possibly in all disciplines too, the first four at Llangynhafal fell racewere all 40+ !
