Former Colwyn Bay athlete Rachel Johncock (Loughborough) won all three rounds in the 100 metres, clocking a season's best of 11.66s in the final.

Deeside's Owen Smith (Cardiff Met) won his 400m heat in 48.58 and was third in the semi-final in a season's best of 48.08 but was seventh in the final in 49.01.

Bangor student James Wignall (Sale AC), winner of the North Wales Cross-Country League last winter, finished eighth in the heat of the 3,000m in 10-01.76 and his fellow Bangor student Joseph Hudak was sixth in the 800m heat in 2-02.76.
