Eryri's prolific racer Brendan Rothery finished 31st in the Salford 10k in which former Bangor student Nick Swinburn (Morpeth) came second in 30.10.
Katie Parry (Leeds City) from Rhyl set a new pb of 36.01 while finishing fourth.
Among North Wales results were: 31 Rothery 33.15, 136 Merfyn Williams (Cybi) 38.47, 239 Sarah Woodcock (Menai) 43.23, 313 Amie Bagnall (Prestatyn) 46.05, 423 Mary Jeal (Denbigh) 50.09, 501 Allan Rowlands (Cybi) 55.35.
