AGE BOWS TO YOUTH AT WNION
Teenager Max Wainwright beat some experienced competitors to win the Moel Wnion fell-race from Bethesda, with four of the top six being over 40.
The 17-year-old from Staffs Moorland crossed the line in 36.52, just 19 seconds ahead of Dylan Wynn Jones, with fellow Eryri vet John Parkinson another nine seconds further back.
