McCORMACKS HELP TO RECLAIM CITY
Father and son Sean and Steven McCormack took part in the 118th Boston Marathon, for which over one million people turned out on the streets to "claim back their city" after last year's tragic events.
In a fantastic atmosphere Sean clocked 3-20.55, with near-perfect splits, and he crossed the line in 6,684th position out of 31,931.
Steven came home in 4-05.06 for 19,125th position, but having started at the very back of the field he passed over 10,000 runners along the way.
"The experience was one never to be forgotten," said Sean.
