MOUNTFORD MAINTAINS FORM
Former Deeside athlete Dave Mountford (Liverpool Harriers and Oklahoma University) produced a season's best of 30.21 in winning the KT Woodman Classic 10k on the track in Wichita.
It follows his pb of 8:37.13 for 3,000m last week in the Emporia State Relays.
