EVANS A SURPRISE WINNER
Menai's Carwyn Evans was a surprise winner of the Easter 5k on Llandudno prom finishing nine seconds clear of Loughborough student Tom Earley (Colwyn Bay), who rarely competes on the road.
The ladies' race saw some fine performances by some of the youngest competitors. The winner was Wirral's 14-year-old Olivia Waring, with Holly Roberts (Colwyn Bay), who is a year younger, second.
