SAMUEL STEAMS TO THIRD WIN
Rob Samuel claimed his third win in the Race the Train 5k in Caernarfon, but it was probably his easiest win yet, for although Tomos Roberts further enhanced his growing reputation to come second the field was probably the weakest seen in the event.
There were some fine performances, however, from Menai's clutch of teenagers who finished well up the field.
