Trafford 10k

PBs GALORE AT TRAFFORD

Several North Wales athletes headed to Partington, Manchester, with the aim of clocking fast times in the Trafford 10k, which always attracts a good field, and the trip paid off as many of them came away with pbs.

 Leading the charge was Andrew Davies (Maldwyn), who used the race instead of going to the cross-country in Birmingham to fine-tune his preparations for the Manchester Marathon on April 6. He finished 8th overall in a pb of 30.02, taking him to top of the Welsh rankings. Nathan Jones (Eryri, U20) ten places behind in 31.01, also a pb..
