BRONZE FOR NICHOLLS - AGAIN
Prestatyn's George Nicholls repeated his feat of last year when he finished third in the Welsh Ultra-Distance championship, which was incorporated in the Barry 40.
Last year, in his first attempt at the distance, he finished in 5-39 and this time he knocked 12 minutes off his time.
Nicholls, who was the only North Walian among the 21 starters and 15 finishers, now has his sights set on a 100k race in May.
