Martin Green (North Wales RR) was among a small group of Welsh athletes who travelled to Lyons for the World Masters' marathon and half-marathon championships and over the shorter distance he clocked 82.28.
In the marathon Stephen Davies (Mansfield, M55), who has represented North Wales several times in the past, finished in 3-08.50.
