TWO WINS IN TWO DAYS FOR WATHAN
Twenty-four hours after clocking 16.53 in winning yet another Parkrun in Conwy Eryri's Paul Wathan chalked up another win - but this time by the narrowest of margins.
In the Vale of Clwyd 5k in Llandyrnog he was pushed all the way by Mike Roberts but managed to nick it by one second, with John Edward Morris (Denbigh) just one second further back in third.
Wathan's partner Gemma Morgans failed to make it a happy double as she was beaten by two seconds by 12-year-old Megan Dingle (Dubai Road Runners).
