Wrexham's Emma Crowe was once again the first L40 finisher in the latest Sale Sizzler 5k, finishing 86th overall in 18.34.
Just 10 seconds ahead in 77th place was her clubmate Mike Robbins. Bangor University's Daniel Kashi finished 14th in 15.57 and the sixth finisher was Adrian Whitwam (Morpeth), a surprise winner of the M35 race in the BMAF cross-country championships in Ruthin in March.
