CROWE RETURNS AS SKIPPER
The experienced Emma Crowe returns to the North Wales squad as captain for the Swansea Bay 10k on September 20 which incorporates the Welsh national and inter-regional championships.
The full squad is: Crowe , Anest Muller (West Cheshire), Gemma Morgans (Eryri), Amie Bagnall (Salford), Abbie Cheetham (Prestatyn), Jay Jennions (Deestriders), Emma Collins (Denbigh), Tracey Llewellyn (Cybi). Men: Ricky Challinor (Liverpool H, captain), Dean Longley (Prestatyn), Gary Davies (Aberystwyth), Owen Roberts (Eryri), Stefan Sayer (Menai), Lee Jones (Deeside).
