TWO MORE BRONZES FOR YNYS MON
Ynys Mon athletes have picked up two more bronze medals at the Island Games - and could be in line for their first gold.
In the men's discus all-rounder Connor Laverty finished third with a best throw of 43.33m. Like the shot, the event was won by GB international Zane Duquemin.
Angleey's other third place came in the women's 400m, where Mikaela Harrison finished strongly in 58.33.
Iolo Hughes, hoping to improve on his 5,000m bronze, was the fastest qualifier for the 1,500m final by some distance, with a time of 4-01.79.
