ANUDDER WIN FOR SPILL
A week after being the first British finisher in the Mounting Running Youth Cup in Bulgaria Eryri teenager John Spill turned in another sparkling performance closer to home.
He set a new record in winning the 11k Fairy Freckled Cow trail race around Llyn Alwen, beating off a challenge from veteran Lee Jones.
The race, which had 118 finishers, began in excellent conditions before the heavens opened.
