PB FOR IOLO - AND SILVER FOR SISTER CARI
Menai's Iolo Hughes travelled to Birmingham at the weekend for the BMC Grand Prix meeting and came away with a new pb of 4-18.77 for the mile, finishing 11th overall.
Meanwhile his sister Cari took silver for Wales in the U17 1,500 metres at the British Schools' international in Grangemouth, with a time of 4-32.38.
At the same meeting Lauren Williams (Maldwyn) also came second in the 300m hurdles in a pb of 44.10.
