DYLAN CAPS RETURN TO FORM
Dylan Wynn Jones who has been returning to form over recent months, capped a fine performance with victory in the Penmaenmawr fell-race, beating the 2012 champion Jez Brown by about half a minute even though the latter was faster than last year.
With conditions ideal for running times generally with a couple of minutes quicker than last year.
