DENBIGH LADIES PICK UP AWARDS
Seven members of Denbigh Harriers took on the mud, water and other challenges of the Mad Jack's 5 in Attingham Park, near Shrewsbury, and came away with two awards.
The race was won by Shrewsbury's Joe Brocklehurst, the 2012-13 North Wales Cross-Country League champion, while his clubmate Anna Bartlett took the ladies' title.
Among the North Wales placings were: 6 Andrew Campbell (Wrecsam Tri, 2nd M35) 32.32, 60 David Baugh (Denbigh) 37.23, 77 Emma Collins (Denbigh, 4th lady and 1st 50) 38.33, 78 Lisa Morley (Wrexham, 5th lady and 2nd L40) 38.50, 86 Chris Baldwin (Denbigh) 39.39, 88 Tracey Williams (Denbigh, 1st L45) 40.14, 110 Steve Thomas-Spires (Wrex) 40.56, 159 Victoria Whitehead (Denbigh) 44.24, 191 Jon Whitehead (Denbigh) 46.39, 227 Anwen Brown n(Denbigh) 48.55, 238 Gill Csizmadia (Wrex) 49.50.
