Stone St Michael 10k

EVANS MAKES GREAT NW DEBUT

Eryri's Siobhan Evans made a highly impressive debut on the road for North Wales when she finished third lady overall in the Stone St Michael 10k in Stafford.

 The race incorporated a challenge between North Wales and the host county, and there were several fine individual performances, though Evans, who clocked 37.23, was outstanding.

 Lee Jones (Deeside) was fifth overall and first M40 in 32.42 and the rest of the team members were: 9 Andrew Edwards (Deestriders) 33.54, 31 Andrew Bromley (Deeside) 37.00, 39 Siobhan Evans 37.23, 40 John Morris (Denbigh) 37.27, 79 Jay Jennions (Deestriders) 39.43, 258 Amie Bagnall (Prestatyn) 48.26, 298 Abbie Cheetham (Prestatyn) 50.25.
