HUGHES SHINES IN ITALY
Menai's outstanding junior Iolo Hughes had another superb run while representing Wales in the prestigious Cinque Mulini cross-country meeting in Italy, finishing 3rd in the under-20s' race.
In the senior race Dewi Griffiths (Swansea) came seventh and Wales took gold in the junior women's race through Olivia Gwynn (Swansea).
