JOHNCOCK IN SPRINT AT GLASGOW
Rachel Johncock (Swansea) from Dolwyddelan, will now compete in the 100 metres at next month's Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
The former Colwyn Bay athlete was named in the 4 x 100 relay squad after winning the Welsh championship two weeks ago, but both she and teenager Hannah Brier have now both been given the go-ahead by the Commonwealth Games Council for Wales to join the individual line-up as well.
