STUDENT CONQUERS THE LAKES
Bangor student Callum Rowlinson won the Ras 4 Llyn/ 4 Lakes Race from Rhosgadfan, near Caernarfon, finishing almost six minutes clear of runner-up Gareth Hughes (Mercia).
The first woman home in the 30k race was Wrexham veteran Lisa Morley, who had competed in the cross-country at Bangor the previous day.
