CROWE WINS BRONZE IN CARDIFF
Wrexham's Emma Crowe finished third in the L40 class at the Cardiff Half-Marathon and was 15th lady overall with a time of 82.24.
In the same race Oswestry's Alison Lavender clocked 79.03 and was 9th lady, with Katie Parry (Leeds City) from Rhyl just two places and five seconds behind on her debut at the distance.
The first North Walian home was Andrew Davies (Maldwyn), who was 20th in 69.09, while Dean Longley (Prestatyn) set a new pb of 76.21.
