Abersoch Half

VAUGHAN HAS ANOTHER NICE PAYDAY

Eryri's Alun Vaughan, who picked up a  cheque for £300 for winning the Abersoch 10k earlier in the year, paid another fruitful visit to the resort by winning the inaugural half-marathon.

 The race, which included country lanes and a stretch of beach, attracted over 200 finishers.  The first woman home, in 1-31.40, was Charlotte Finch (Wigan Phoenix).
